What is osteopathy?
Osteopathy is an NHS registered/allied health for of treatment, used to gently and effectively target fluids, soft tissues, joints and circulation to improve, restore and optimise movement and function of the body as well as reduce pain. Treatments use a combination of direct release and rhythmic movements, focussed pressure, stretches and manipulations making osteopathy from birth and beyond both safe and gentle. Suitable from birth, our treatments also utilise a more holistic approach, incorporating cranial osteopathy where appropriate, to more passively relieve subtle tension and restriction, stimulating the body's natural rhythm and healing mechanism.
